Profile Help!!!!! Why cant i upload my 360 pic?

Question

OK so i searched all the old questions but still cant figure it out, ive uploaded my pic to 360 and ive gone through and selected it as my profile pic and saved it. Then ive come back to answers and selected my 360 pic as my profile. But it still just shows up as my gray head>>>???? arrghhh this is annoying me, can anyone help!!>!>!>!?!?!?!?!?

if you are wanting your own pictures as your avatar then:

for a photo avatar:

█ make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/

█ save the picture you want to use to your computer

█ convert it to JPG if it isn't already

█ go to your yahoo 360

█ my page

█ edit personal photos

█ upload the photo

█ click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

█ click 'save' to finish

now:

█ go to your yahoo answers profile

█ click edit my info

█ then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

█ click 'preview'

█ click save

now you have your own picture avatar

please note...it is probably not showing up at the moment due to the Yahoo! glitch that many users are experiencing at the moment,every so often just try again until you can successfully use your avatar
