Profile Picture. Please help!?

I'm very new to this. So forgive me! You know the little icon that shows your picture or the cartoon thing you choose? Well how do I make it so my personal picture goes right there? I've gone into my profile and it give me 3 options, no picture, 360 picture or the avatar. I click on the 360, which I think, in my 360 profile, my picture shows up, but not when it's saved and when I answer questions. Please help me!

A lot of users have posted as having the same problem with the 360 avatar. Yahoo have started major updates to all of its servers, the avatar will show eventually some report waiting 2-3 days before the avatar shows. so try to be patient.
