Profile and mail missing missing?

Question

every thing was working fine, profile, mail, ice breaker and photo.

I did a windows update and a error check ,went back to my account home page and every thing was gone like I never sighned up or posted a profile how can I get my profile and mail back

First of all we need to find out if your profile actually is gone. On your address bar type the following to view your profile

http://profiles.yahoo.com/ (type your id name here)

Click go.

If its there, it still exists.

It could be that at the time you  tried, yahoo was not at its best.
