Type in the address bar http://profiles.yahoo.com/abcd where abcd is the user id. You will be able to find the person's profile available with yahoo.

Click the above link. There you will find a box "Find people on Yahoo!". If you know the person's real name and want to know his E-mail then click on the blue down arrow, select "Real Name" and click "Find People".

If you know the person's yahoo ID then and want to get the information about him then click the blue down arrow and select "Yahoo!ID" then click "Find People".

But remember that you will be able to get only that information which the person has provided to yahoo at the time of registration.
