Profiling songs problems.

Question

The manual says that you can put upto 3000 songs, I put in a 2gb card and uploaded 700 songs. I profiled them using just the player, and it only did about 200 songs, the rest show in the song lists, but they don't play. I profiled them using the pc program, it showed that it profiled all 700, but like the other, they all won't play. I have both a rd2011, and a 2012, both with the same problem. HELP!!!
