Progesterone CD21 test 29.5. Good or bad?

Question

I had my CD21 (it was actually done on CD28 as I don't ovulate until CD21).

Progesterone has come back at 29.5.

Is this good or bad? Did I ovulate?

I am not sure what 30 and above...is that ng/ml???

Also, I have heard that abouve 10 off meds nd above 15 on meds indicates ovulation...so wither way I would say you ovulated!
