Program a Amtel 89S51

Question

program a 89s51 in keil vision to do the following:

-port 1 is to act as an up counter in an infinite loop

-port 3, bit 7 is to be toggled to its opposite state

-port 3, bit 1 is to toggled to its opposite state every time 3 externel events are counted

I need to do this code in order to make a project of mine work but i am new to machine language help asap...... please... first answer will be best answer.... please
