Program for a newbie rider to be trained to be an excerise rider?

I am 17yrs old a senior in highschool I resentily rode my first horse about 4 months ago. I want to find a program that will train you and instruct you fully about horses also that will teach me the nessary things to become a excerise rider. I know it wont be easy and the training will be hard but I love horses now and want to make my future career centered around them. I dont know alot about riding horses but I am willing to be instructed about the glorious animals I love. There are no places around where I live to learn from so I am willing to relocate anywhere in the Unitied States I will do anything or pay anything for the knowledge someone or program could hand down to me to where I could end up working as a excerise rider after words.

I am sure you will find a place to train you , and pay you a little while your learning..
