Program for school . ?

i live in brooklyn ny and im in a zoned program.

i start school at 7:20 and end at 3:00

meaning i basically have a 1-9 schedule most freshamns have 3-10 meaning only 7 classes.

how many hours of school are you supposed to get and is 8 and a half school day to much ?

should i get it switched ?

I think you will be fine.  Give it a chance and see how you feel about it, but it may be difficult to get switched anyway.  If you are talking about high school or college there is no set number of hours.  It depends on the number of courses you are doing.
