Program isn't Vista incompatible?

There is this game, that my brother wants me to download, but it doesn't say that it's compatible with Vista. And when i downloaded it says "Run at your own risk" or something!.... What should i do?

  1. its ok the message "Run at your own risk"

    if you know people that play the game and the game exists then go ahead and download it , otherwise its a fraud


  2. Generally that warning means that the program has not been tested for Windows Vista Compliance. If the program is from a trusted company you can run it without much concern.  

  3. I would check the download with an anti-virus program before installing it.

    Also check the game name on Google and see if it shows up with any negative comments or as creating problems.

    If it checks out, you can play it in compatibility mode in Vista.
