Program that lets you design airplanes/cars and test speed and other physical requirements?

Don't care about price range. If they know to do more than i mentioned, they are still goo, if less again they are still good.

Dassault CATIA is what aircraft manufacturers like boeing and airbus uses. =)

This is a good, free program from NASA that helps you design wings.  It shows a lot of different variables under different conditions.  Pretty cool.
