Program that permanently deletes deleted files?

Is there a freeware program that permanently deletes files I have already deleted through recycle bin? Or will I be better off if I buy one that are sold at like Best Buy. Which brand is best if it is recommended that I buy the program? Thanks.

There is no need to buy one. Several free programs are available, one I know of is called FileShredder. It will overwrite a file several times to make it unrecoverable (even from experts)

you delete it to the recvcle ben, then go into your recycle ben and empty it. judy
