Program to find someones location using their ip address?

Do you know of a program that can find someones location by typing in their IP address? I would be ever so grateful. Freeware if possible.

It's not completely accurate though.  Sometimes it says I live in Staten Island, New York and sometimes it says I live in Park City, Utah.  I don't live in either of those locations.

It almost always gets the country correct.  Out of 500+ times I have used it, I have only seen it get the country wrong once.  It confused Phnom Penh with Omsk that one time.
