Program to name .mp3's all at the same time from a list?

I have like 300 mp3's, they all have the title of "mp3" on them. I have a list of songs I want to name them. It doesnt matter which song gets assigned to which mp3, but I want 1 mp3, for each song title on this list. How can I rename them all quickly like this?
