Programing comcast control to my receiver?

How do I program my comcast remote control, to control the volume from my onkyo receiver?

You should have received an instructional manual from Comcast. You would have to have it programmed on the AUX mode on the remote, and the instructional manual should have instructions, and codes, in order for it to work.
