  1. That's a great question and I hope you can find a fair and speedy resolution to your dilemma. I actually quit wearing my eye glasses many years ago. I started doing eye exercises and before you know it I was good to go. I am not saying this is appropriate for everyone, but it worked for me. Good luck!

  2. Possibly. It all depends where you bought them and what their return policy is and how long you've had them. They might do the exchange just to be nice for the simple reason of showing good customer service. Remember, this is the lens you requested and paid for, they might just tell you that their sorry but no, but we'll give you a good price on the next pair of glasses you buy. These progressive lens glasses are no good to anyone but you so they don't really want them back either. Good Luck.

  3. Pretty well all labs offer the dispenser a 60 or 90 day warranty on progressive lenses, in case the customer can't adapt.

They replace them with any other type of lens free of charge in those cases.

If you are within the 60 days, there shouldn't be a problem
