what do the companies doing free trials get from people doing the free trials and getting refunded a day or two later?? i don't get how they're making money off it. can someone explain... i don't think advertising and free forgotten trials would make them that much money... also, has anybody done this and tried to call the company to cancel the trial only to find they would respond or answer their phone?

  1. I had heard a lot about Project Payday. You are supposed to be able to get started for free, according to some of the answers I have seen in here. So, I decided to see if that was true. I went to their site at projectpayday.com and it asked for $39.00 up front, somewhere in that neighborhood, anyway. Or you could click to try some other program free trials, instead. I never went any further as I am not interested in another online business, mine is very successful. I just wanted to see if they really did let you get in for free, and they don't. They are using a classic bait and switch technique.

Don't get me wrong, I am not opposed to start up costs to get into a good business, mine has such a cost. Anyone who thinks they can start, build, promote and operate a legitimate successful business with no out of pocket cost is sadly mistaken and/or misinformed. They can't. But, be honest with people and tell them up front what fees they will incur. I do, and I have not problem getting people (the serious ones, anyway) to join me.
