Project X 5.5 and Dynamic Golf Shafts?

Project X (along with all rifle shafts) are butt-stiff. The 5.5 flex would be stiff butt and mid-stiff tip.

Dynamic gold shafts (the S300 would be closest to the 5.5 PX) are butt-soft and have a little stiffer tip than the 5.5.

So the result is with the Rifle project x is that you get a higher initial ball flight that eventually flattens out with lower spin. The DG S300 will launch a little lower and keep a constant rise (higher spin) and fall down quicker.

That is my experience with these two types of shafts.

You cannot go wrong with the Dynamic Gold.  It is the gold standard of iron shafts.
