Project help for 6th grade science (weather unit)?

I need some suggestions on where to find good, productive, and informational projects to teach kids about weather and weather patterns. All help will be appreciated.

have them make a poster board about how global warming has effected the weather in the past 100 years.

have the poster be divided in 3 diffrent sections.

1st section: weather 100 years ago.

2nd section: weather now

3rd section: what scientists predict weather will be like 100 years in the future (or what the student predcts it will be like)

have them show charts, pictures, articles...things to show how tempetures, weather, & climate have changed & how it has effeted the people, animals, & plants on earth.

if they have not coverd global warming yet, then i found a link to some pretty cool meterology sience fair projects than can be used for a class project.
