i am planning to buy projector from china and here is the spec. can someone tell me if it is good?

  1. This is a Business projector, unsuited to home theatre use.

    You don't mention what price you would be paying, but I wouldn't pay more than about $300 for it (actually I wouldn't buy it given specs and the fact you have no backup/recourse if it fails).

    It's bright enough, but low resolution and has very limited input capability (RCA, S-video, VGA) ... so you can't get even the advantages of component, DVI or HDMI.

    The contrast ratio is poor, so it's not well suited to video and the fan noise level is too high for HT use anyway.
