there are but they are very expensive!

the only problem from what ive seen is that once a picture is projected past a certain size there is always quality loss so i dont think there would be much difference between a 1080 and a 720

there are a few 720 projectors that are claimed as hd

but actually most multi media projectors are 1024*768 so can also be classed as hd ready

Yes there is just search for a 1080p Projector but having said that you have to put the Lumens and Contrast Ratio into consideration aswell and your lighting conditions someone with a 720P projector could be getting a better image due to better lumens etc built in their projector :)
