Promoting myself on youtube?

I've made a few videos, but my last one I really wanna promote, I dont really have friends that are big into youtube and have account, so what are some tips to get myself more views and suscribers and such? You have to find like websites about art. If they have forums. Try googling art forums and then post the link. That's probably how you're going to get promoted. Good luck
