Question:

Promotional Giveaways at a conference...please help ASAP?

Ok I am doing a conference where there will be several hundred Army men attending. I will be giving something away with our company logo and info on it. I want something they will keep and not throw away or give to the kids to play with. I was thinking of a mouse pad ( it would be on their desk in their line of vision) or one of the claw type keychain bottle openers. Would like opinions and/or other suggestions of something you have received and kept. I want something they are going to come looking for...unfortunately I need to keep it low in price. Any help would be great. Thanks

  1. Perhaps a Diary

    or

    Nail Clippers?

  2. If these are military people then chances are they are estranged from their families

So a photo frame or album would be appreciated

  3.    Try giving them Snap Capps!  They just came out and are becoming very popular, but are also very new to the market.  Basically, it's like cutting the top off of a soda bottle, and then snapping it on a can!  It keeps the fizz in, it doesn't leak, you can reuse them, it keeps the bugs out...and they work!  On the top it is fairly smooth, but it is about the size of a quarter, so you can get your logo imprinted on a sticker and then stick them on the cap.

By getting them here, they will be about $2.50 a piece, so that is the one drawback.  But weigh out the options.  We've all been to conferences where you just load up your bag with the free junk.  You will only use about 2-5% of what they give you.  What's the value of being that 2-5%?  Here's the link:

    Good luck!

PS  You better be drinking a lot of soda yourself there.  It's not the one that come up to you to get the free stuff...it's the ones that see you using that cool product in the aisles.
