Proof of Planet X aka. Nibiru?

The article says nothing about Nibiru.

The real Nibiru is planet Jupiter.

The fictitious Nibiru was imagined by a translator working on old Sumerian text; the translator has a vivid imagination.  According to the legend he created, Nibiru should come back in 2085 so that its inhabitants can come here and claim their gold that we are supposed to mine for them (we are their slaves).

Charlatans have hijacked the fictitious Nibiru in order to sell a book in 2003.  When it failed to show up in 2003, they "updated" their book and once more modified the orbital parameters (easy to do for a fictitious planet) so that this fake fictitious Nibiru could participate in the Big 2012 Hoax Off.

This is not Planet X. Planet X was originally a theorized planet to exist beyond the orbit of Neptune that was responsible for the disruption of Uranus' orbit as well as being the object responsible for sending showers of comets from the fabled Oort Cloud towards Earth, responsible for the many mass extinctions that have happened in the past, i.e. the dinosaurs. Pluto was originally thought to be this Planet X when first observed in the 1910's but then that theory was thrown out after the it's official discovery in 1930 due to the fact that Pluto was not massive enough to cause the disruption in Uranus' orbit, much less send a shower of comets loose from the Oort Cloud.

Makemake is just another Plutoid Dwarf planet to exist in the outer reaches of the solar system; like Pluto, it is very small and unable to create the effects suggested by the original theories behind the original Planet X concept from over a hundred years ago.

you're hilariously wrong. this thing was discovered three years ago, and is much smaller and much further away than your fantasy planet, so that if your fantasy planet was actually there, we should have seen it long before now. thanks for playing, better luck next time.

There are lots of Kuiper Belt objects and Plutoids. Eris is bigger than Pluto. And Sedna has a more eccentric orbit - but neither is a rogue planet that's going to come close to Earth...

among other things, makemake cannot be in our vicinity in 2012. it's way too far away.

Nibiru is supposed to come into the inner solar system in 2012, last i heard.  Makemake is not.

If Makemake is the same object as Nibiru, then i guess we're saved.

no. thats a dwarf planet. it is smaller than pluto. over 200 bodies exist in the outer solar system that are up for consideration. this is nothing special at all.

planet x is supposed to be a brown dwarf orbiting 1 light year away from the sun. a brown dwarf would be several times more massive than jupiter, actually almost 75 times as massive if i remember correctly.

now lets look at the difference between planet x, and your stupid little dwarf planet. yours is less massive than pluto. planet x is 75 times as massive as jupiter, which makes up over 90% of the mass in the solar system if the sun were taken out of the picture.

I thought Planet X supposedly exerted a gravitational pull on Pluto and people were searching for such a planet to explain Pluto's orbit.

Nibiru is real.

You have to have a very open mind to accept it, probably explains why 80% of the world doesn't. We didn't find Pluto until 1930. Makes since that it would take longer to find a planet that is millions of miles further than Pluto. Mayan calendar ends in 2012. Explains that Nibiru will come around that time. Earthquakes, Tornadoes, Storms, Everything will get worse and worse each year the closer Nibiru is.
