  1. if you live in a different state and will be returning to that state then there's no sense even to try to get a license in Georgia. since the state you would be going back to is your home state you would have to get their license anyway. and that would mean you would have to take the tests over again. plus both states could get you for fraud since Georgia isn't your home state

  2. If you are staying with your Aunt you can take a letter from her stating that you are living at that address which should work - or if you've received any type of mail at her address that should work as well.

  3. By showing a copy of your income tax return, showing that you declared that address your residence.   Or your school records.

If you live at home, that license will mean you're not your parents' dependent any more, and they won't be able to claim you on their taxes, and you'll be taken off their health insurance.

  4. Dude! or Dudette!, You really need to think this through first. You would have to commit a Felony Fraud.

If you are only spending the summer there in Georgia, then that means you are only on vacation. You do not live there and are not a resident of the state of Georgia.

Your state of Residence is the state in which you "Live" or actually "Reside". (aka, Your Primary Residence). A vacation destination is not your residence.

You can not legally prove residency where you are not a resident.

If you want to manufacture or engineer documents to this effect then you will have to commit a Felony Fraud against the state of Georgia and the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles and Licensing.

It would be a shame,  If you get caught, you might be spending some of your summer in a "Cozy Georgia Jail Cell", many hours in an Overly Friendly yet Helpful Attorney's Office, You'll get to meet a really Seedy looking Bail Bonds Man, Court Hearings, probably get put on a 3 year Probation, Paying Fines, Attorney's Fees and Court Costs. Oh Yeah, and revocation of any license you may have obtained fraudulently.

That's not even the end of it, that fraudulently obtained license could be revoked for up to 5 years, So when you get back to your home, that is your real state of residence and go try to get another drivers license, as soon as they enter your social security number it will pop up with your Georgia offense and revoked license status. The officer there will smile and ask you what you've been up to in Georgia. Your home state will honor any suspension or revocation in any other state in the country.

Your home state will not allow you to obtain a license until after you have resolved the matter with the state of Georgia. All states have "Reciprocal" agreements to this affect.

Do you really think it will be worth it?

    Good luck wit all dat.
