Proof sets?

i got proof sets 1988 to 1993 1995 to 2000.

is it a good investment to get the rest of them?

If you want them for personal satisfaction, go ahead. As an investment, you can do much better elsewhere.

I personally don't think so, I believe the proof sets are overpriced.  You may wish to get a contiguous set to make a more complete collection.
