Proof that your relative is living in Canada at this time:?

Proof of current residence in Canada should include: Pay slips issued to your relative by a Canadian employer in Canada, Canadian income tax documents (recent notice of assessment) credit card and bank statements from the past six months showing transactions that occurred in Canada. Utility bills and property ownership documents will not be accepted as conclusive evidence of your relatives living in Canada.

- My Aunt in law and her family just recently landed in Canada last Mar 08. One of the requirements that they are living in Canada are bank or credit card statements.

They just got credit card statment but her name was not indicated as she is only an extension to the card. Will Canada still accept it?

Aunt also gave me bank certificate/statement of account and her name was visible but our agency told that there should be transactions. Do you think these are enough proofs that they are living in Canada. Since date is mentioned in the statement.

To think that they just landed.

I wish that anybody can help with his past experience see the thing is the following:

in order to get a five point I added my sis to my application as she already a resident in Canada she is a house wife , Now after I sent my application they asked me for a more proof that she is living in Canada I only have her Pr card and her driving license and her updated tax with her name and her address ..is it ok shall i sent what i ve or i will got refused I don't have any more proof!!
or shall I retake nother ielts test and score well and tell them to discard my sis papers in order to avoid the refusal please advise me m running out of time
