If it is a chain driven here is it- get the loose chain(the one without a weight) and pull it down. Support the weight. do it on the rest of the weights dont overwind it! if it it a cable driven, get the wind key and put it in the keyhole and turn it counter clockwise. do not support the weights or the cables will overlap inside. still dont overwind it.
