  1. I had trouble finding this a few years ago but it is out there, just google it


  2. With the pins in front of you, I always use the following sequence:

    white/orange

    orange

    white/green

    blue

    white/blue

    green

    white/brown

    brown

    Also, another applicable sequence is:

    white/green

    green

    white/orange

    blue

    white/blue

    orange

    white/brown

    brown
