Proper etiquette for bringing something?

A co-worker is throwing a congrats party for me at her house. Should I bring something like a bottle of wine?

  2. no gift is necessary when the party is for you. . . .you can ask her ahead of time if she may need anything in the form of supplies . . and give it to her before the night of the party . . .

  5. well by taking a bottle, you cant go wrong can you. no ones gonna moan cos you brought it are they

  6. well, you can however if you are the "girl of honor", bring your happy self and call it good.

    You can however, after words (a day or so)get her a "thank-you candle, or little bunch of flowers.
