Proper etiquette for bringing something?

A co-worker is throwing a congrats party for me at her house. Should I bring something like a bottle of wine?

no gift is necessary when the party is for you. . . .you can ask her ahead of time if she may need anything in the form of supplies . . and give it to her before the night of the party . . .

well, you can however if you are the "girl of honor", bring your happy self and call it good.

You can however, after words (a day or so)get her a "thank-you candle, or little bunch of flowers.
