Proper method to wash tennis wristbands?

Just wondering, as I don't want to ruin their elasticity by doing it improperly.

  1. wash it with cold water in the machine.  to dry it, fluff dry it (no heat) or tumble dry it (low heat).  dont put it in cotton setting, cuz it will shrink and ruin the elasticity.
