Proper procedure for two flags on one staff?

I'm with a Cub Scout Tiger Den and we have a patrol flag that displays the Tiger Emblem. We have one flag pole and I'd like to place both the U.S. flag and the Tiger Cub Patrol flag on the same pole. Does anyone know the rules regarding such things?

  1. The US flag always takes precedence, then a jurisdiction below it.


  2. In the USA no flag or banner is ever flown over the United States national flag.  Any other flag or banner flown on the same pole should be below it.

  3. The US flag always goes at the top.  All other flags are under it.

  4. us flag is on top, and at least the same size or bigger

  5. When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak.
