Proper way to shoot a rifle sitting down.?

is there a youtube video or a picture showing the proper way of shooting a scoped rifle while sitting in a chair? i keep whacking myself in the eye.. grr

put the stock firmly against your shoulder and don't put your eye too close to the scope only put it close enough so that you can see clearly through the scope you are obviously firing a very power rifle it is very important that you put it firmly enough against your shoulder that when it kicks you it won't hurt too bad

Oh, I thought you meant actually sitting on the ground, and not in a chair. I have never seen any tips for shooting from a chair, but there are several helpful helpful hints when shooting from the sitting position on the ground.
