Property Tax:Flat in HSR layout, Bangalore?

Hi, I have the following questions.

1.) I browsed through http://www.bmponline.org/propertytax/property-tax%20.shtml; but couldn't get any details of where to pay property tax for my flat in HSR Layout, Sector-2.

2.) How frequently should property tax be paid? Is it a annual task?
