  1. In proportion to head size, the cat with the longest canines would be the clouded leopard (the closest living descendant of saber-toothed cats).  The cat itself is relatively small (compared to the other big cats), but the canines can be the same length and even longer than the canines of tigers.  Here is a good picture of the skull: http://www.boneclones.com/BC-005.htm

As for the heaviest brain of ALL TIME - no one can be absolutely sure because we can't weigh brains of extinct animals - only educated guesses can be made based on the size of the brain cavity in the skull - and based on those guesses, even the biggest dinosaurs don't appear to have had large brains.  The heaviest brain of any living animal is the sperm whale, but proportionally to full body weight, spider monkeys have the heaviest - with 5% of the weight coming from their brain (sperm whales have only 0.02% of their weight coming from their brain).

*** Just found that shrews can beat out spider monkeys in proportional brain size - they can have up to 10% of their body weight from their brain.  http://dml.cmnh.org/2001May/msg00866.htm...

  2. Since Polar Bears are the largest carnivors they have the biggest teeth according to weight though a big lions teeth can be longer. As far as proportonality too head, I'm going with the Cheetah, small head, big canine teeth.

The largest brain in the animal kingdom is that of a sperm whale (as much as six times the size of a human brain). The largest land animal brains are in elephants. I beleive those would cover 'all time' also.

  3. probably the tiger...for the teeth, but largest brain ever? well, there are the dinosaurs, but living would probably be the elephant or blue whale.
