Proposal in plymouth where????

I want to propose to my boyfriend in plymouth does anyone know of a restuarant overlooking the sea/beach but not chinese or sea food?

there are more nice palces in RI :)  but i wouldnt do that in teh retaurant.. Think something more surprising and unexpected :)

Do it on a boat. I dont think any of the restaurants in plymouth really have the right atmosphere for a proposal.
