  1. PrCOOH + H(+) = PrC(=O+H)OH

    PrC(=O+H)OH + EtOH = PrC(OH)2(HO+Et)

    PrC(OH)2(HO+Et) = H(+) + PrC(OH)2(OEt)

    PrC(OH)2(OEt) + H(+) = PrC(HO+H)(OH)(OEt)

    PrC(HO+H)(OH)(OEt) = PrC(=O+H)(OEt) + H2O

    PrC(=O+H)(OEt) = H(+) + PrC(O)OEt

(O+H) means the oxygen is positively charged

  2. Reaction mechanism?

If related to organic chemistry, perhaps www.yourformulasheet.com has some video on mechanism.
