Proposition bets?

A simple proposition bet to play on my friends.

Please none post any links to videos, i cant watch them! So just post instructions please !

then find a wheel barrow and tell them to hop in.

you must know pyhsics for this. bet that the circumfernece of a beer glass is bigger than some tall of about 30cm or more. Then take a tissue, cover the cirucmsferecne, mark a dot and compare the tissue flat vertical to where the dot meets. Video link below

As Amy (thumbs up) said "The Real Hustle" proposition bets are pretty good (but personally I think it helps that the girl is pretty that does the hustling).

In the first video the bet is to move an olive from one beer mat to another a few centimetres apart without touching the olive, without moving the beermat and without the olive touching the table in between the beermats.  You can't use a straw and you can stick anything into the olive.

You win the bet by holding the beermat with the olive on it and swirling a glass around the olive.  The centrifugal force makes the olive swirl inside the glass and while the olive is spinning, you move the glass to the other beermat.

The second proposition bet is to put a coin on a matchbox.  Poke a match, red end up, into the matchbox and rest another match on the coin and lean it against the other match.

The bet is to move the coin without touching the matches and the matches must remain touching.

You win the bet by lighting the heads of the matches.  The tips will join and the end of the match resting on the coin will curl up as it burns leaving the matches touching and the coin free to move.

the best one that i ever did was in a pub. I betted that if i drew a circle with chalk onto the table and poured a pint of beer into the circle that not a drop would go over the edge.

people were saying " how big is the circle going to be?"

i said no bigger then football.

needless to say, everyone got curious and entered the bet.

once the bets were placed, i got a pint of beer. got up onto the table, stood in the circle and drank the whole pint. hehehe! works everytime.

put a pen lid in a bottle and tell them to get it out without moving the bottle.

The best way to do a proposition bet with your buddies is to come up with five questions to ask them about you and they come up with five questions vice versa.  The winner is the one who gets most of the correct questions.

Yes , A really great one is with a pint glass, ask you friends if the circumference around the rim is longer than the height of the glass.... what do you think...... if they say that the glass is taller, ask them again and place a bet, then just to make sure place a box of matches under the glass then ask again and double the bet...... now what do you think...... then just to make sure..... place another box of matches under the glass.

the rims circumference will still be longer. unbelievable but true.... try it.
