  1. pros,  very little CFCs

    cons-  radioactive waste storage

waste can be a good target for terrorists

    the possibility of meltdowns

wind  solar or wave/tidal/hydro power is way better!

  2. The Pros:

    1. Decades of "accident free" history in France.

    2. Cheaper energy.

    3. Environmentally non-polluting (except nuke waste).

    Cons:

    1. Vulnerable to terrorism.

    2.  Nuke waste disposal issue.

    3.  Accident potential in spite of safety measures.

  3. Yes to nuclear power. Safe energy that will last for years. No need for oil or coal, which is dirty to the environment. Dispose of properly underground in concrete, for thousands of years is necessary. The nuclear core is nearly impossible to get to by terrorists. Bombs or planes wouldn't reach it.

  4. pros- nuclear energy is actually a lot safer than coal plants or hydro plants, you get more radiation from a banana than you would get from a nuclear plant in a year it is a very clean form of energy less carbon emissions, job opportunities for people, very efficient, safe if run properly

cons- waste we are trying to figure out were to put the waste produced, there is a threat of proliferation but it is very low, meltdowns but that is if the safety checks are not in place, some plant managers lie to the NRC to help save money

overall nuclear is the way to go the cons are all fixable with time

if there was a plant by where i live i would be absolutely fine with it i think it would be great
