Pros and cons of monofilament for beading??

  1. I really don't know any pros to mono-filament! One definite con is that it stretches ALOT, especially as the piece gets older! Depending on the type of work you're doing there are a myriad of stringing materials, for basic stringing I prefer a bonded product such as acculon (with which you'll need to use crimps), for stitched projects either Nymo or Fireline!
