proscout and other talent showcase events like it, do what they say they will do, sort of. The agents and casting directors in attendence do not always live up to the  hype. HOWEVER< these things are only for the very very very talented and very very very photogenic and very very rich. they are not for beginners.

it is a casting agency that wants your money look up other proscout questions in yahoo answers search them and see.

join drama classes or some plays....go to cyt.org and see if they have one in your area...get a headshot to send to the agency of your choice to find out more about acting look at this book.

Look, the pro scouts are a scam. what you need to do while you are on Yahoo is look up agencies in your area, or you can go on your city's web site to find legit agencies. Real agencies never ever ask you for money.
