  1. That's all well and good but there are many other factors that have not been explained - the strange text messages to Philip Sherky; why Fallon had two or thre "unregistered" mobile phones; why Fallon's name was on a plane ticket for a journey to Spain along with Rodgers, et all.

As Horseman's Pal has said, at the very least they have been associating with people who have been warned off and that carries a punishment within the rules of the BHA.

Whilst David Ashforth's commentary is very good it is no substitute for being present in the court room day in day out and only those that are there have seen and heard all the evidence.  Time will tell.

  2. i think all of them cheat from time to time......

  3. The whole prosecution case is flawed and I am surprised that Justice Forbes has not told the jury to return a Not Guilty verdict.

Kieran Fallon will come out of this and will be back in his rightful position at Ballydoyle next season.Nobody has yet explained why a multi millionaire would stop horses for chump change.

I believe that the case will be thrown out before the defence starts its case

  4. old news my friend, and the defence are clutching at straws.the more the prosecution lays out the case the more you can see that the jocks had a very unhealthy association with undesirables(warned off) and i for one believe that at least one of the defendants(fallon) will never ride in a race again.if he or any of them are found guilty then they should be imprisoned and striped of assetts for defrauding both the public, the owners ,the trainers and the trust placed in them.anyone who cheats in sport is lower than a tadpoles ar@ehole and this shower are just the latest batch in a long line of lowlife that have infiltrated a noble sport.

  5. Necessity  is not the mother of fraud - it's greed.  Fallon's defence - why would he do it?  Answer, because he thinks he is big enough to get away with it and, being so big, that suspicion, if a case is brought and he is not the only jock, will fall on somebody else.  Did Jonathan Aitken have to do it or Jeffrey Archer? No, they did it because they thought they were too smart to get convicted even if caught.
