Prospects of getting a Job in UK ? and how to go about it?

Am an Indian, did my PG from Romania and am doing PG diploma in Nuclear Medicine from Kings College, London.

 well if you want to start working after your PG diploma, then you need to apply for Post study work visa first. After getting that you can find your job. Talking about prospects of jobs in uk, then i afraid that they are not too good because country is under economic crisis, and loads and loads of people are losing their jobs. So you need to be bright enough to grab an opportunity.
