Pretty much an anything goes kinda thing going on up there. They treat us americans like gods and they tell me women are topless everywhere. Always wanted to go with them.

Yes, technically prostitution is legal.  But you have to know something about Canadian laws, and there are a lot of things that aren't legal.  Soliciting in public is illegal.  That means if you ask anyone "how much" on the street you can be arrested.  I'd advise against going to another country (Canada or anywhere) with prostitution in mind.  Go to somewhere you know it is legal - like a ranch in Nevada.  As for Winnipeg, your safest bet is probably looking in newspapers or the phone book and find an escort service.  But that will be more expensive than a streetwalker.  But also safer in terms of quality, health, legality and chances of being ripped off.

winnipeg doesnt have great pro's but if you want to get one you can find them near the river area just off main street....and it's going to cost you like 50 bucks for everything. and if you see my ex say hi for me.......lol
