Protect users of this computer against password theft, with a sign-in seal. How would you like to customise your seal. Are you protected? Now each time I log in to see my e-mails, the protect seal is not there and I have to create a new one again and again. Should this be the case or am I not doing something right. Please advise as to how to keep the sign-in seal on a permanent basis. Many thanks

In some rare instances, if you use certain web browsers and you clear your cookies, you may lose your sign-in seal and you will need to re-create it. Clearing cookies should not remove the seal for most users; however, if your seal disappears, please check that your browser is not set to clear cookies on browser close.
