Question:

Protein Intake....? Take a Look?

well I am 19 / 20 in 5 days anyways I want to know if eating about 250G of protein a day is bad? I am 5' 11" 175 pounds 5 days a week @ the gym no cardio ATM trying to get bigger! around 11% body fat

I eat 2 whole eggs 4 whites 1 chicken breast every morning

I also eat about 4 cups a veggies a day tuna around 2 chicken breast per meal I split mels to 5-6 around evey 3-3.5 hours

calories I dont count but I know they are now between 1500-1800 a day

  1. You are putting some stress on your kidneys...I would cut down to about 1g per pound of bodyweight...you don't need more than that to build lean muscle.

  2. you're protein intake is quite good...you just need to add other stuff to the diet.  Right now, you're on more of a leaning out diet.  If you want to gain eat other stuff (whey protein or weight gainers, oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains, peanut butter, fruit, steak, turkey, etc.)
