I am 5'8 and 121lbs currently.I am trying to possibly reach 145ish.I will be going to the gym MWTRF at school.I am also trying to eat more nowdays.Is it true I should have the same amount of grams of protein as the amount of pounds I weigh?Is Muscle Milk decent? I heard it has a bit of fat.I heard whey protein is better. How many grams should I take after a workout? Since I'm at school, I won't have access to cold milk or even cold water, how would it taste?Does taking protein like weigh protein or muscle milk really make a significant difference? As opposed to not taking those supplements?Thanks!
