  1. I don't know how this might taste to you but if i workout or really don't have time to cook i break raw eggs in a glass and drink them, they have a very slimy texture and taste like milk to me. just make sure their not cracked or anything before you break them. Honestly their not half bad.

  2. if your main focus is protein, then there are protein bars, but they rarely taste good. i have never had one that tastes good.

protein shakes can taste good, most people prefer chocolate.

for a meal replacement, i would go with a scoop of chocolate whey powder with 2 cups of milk, and a vitamin pill such as one-a-day (there are specific one-a-day's like mens, womens, weightsmart, ect.) you would need the pill because you will not get any stuff you would get from a regular mean in that shake other then protein, calcium, fats, and full.

i find it funny someone calling pills gross asking about supplements, as they are often gross.

  3. Try this.

Get yourself a good whey protein(Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey or Scivation Whey)

Mix 2 scoops protein with 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter, and a little water to get the desired thickness.

Add some frozen blueberries and you have great tasting meal that is very good for you.  Put it in a tupperware container and you can take it wherever you want.

  4. No one has time to eat right these days. So, people just give up and look to supplements. It's called a supplement. This is to add to your daily intake of real food, not in place of.... substitute a drink for a balanced meal three times a day that tastes great. Protein powder shake manufacturers make a living off people who don't have time to eat right. Make time! Yogurt, a grilled chicken salad, an apple... those are fast and available, even if you worked in a busy ER.
