  1. You don't need bars, drinks or supplements.  If you are eating enough calories, you are getting enough protein.  Protein is not just in meat by any means.   Even broccoli has it!

  2. Mushrooms, Chickpeas, Lentils, Nuts, Seeds, Spirulina, Soyabean.  Just add them to your salads and you're sweet.

  3. You don't need bars, drinks, or supplements. Beans, lentils, seeds, tofu (or any soy product), peas, yogurt, peanut butter, and almost any dairy if you're into it.

  4. Clif builders bars, organic food bars, Bolthouse Chai Tea soy milk, soy milk, Kashi vanilla protein powder, odwalla super protein bars, nuts, seeds, and beans.

  5. You don't need protein supplements.  You can get protein from mushrooms, kale, broccoli, nuts and tomatoes, and a bunch of other foods, but those are the ones off the top of my head.

  6. You don't need supplements.  I will give you examples of how I get my protein by telling you what I ate yesterday...

Breakfast:  Kashi cereal with soy milk:  16 grams

Lunch:  Sandwich with faux turkey/soy cheese:  13 grams

Dinner:  Homemade vegan chili:  18 grams

Snack:  More cereal/ soy milk:  16 grams

That's more than most meat eaters get.

  7. Okay if you do not need to get it from animals, protein bars, drinks, nor supplements, just get them from real FOOD.

Tempeh, seitan (wheat gluten), tofu, TVP (Textured vegetable protein), lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, spirulina, buckwheat, amaranth, broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, beans, rice & beans, apples, banana, oranges,  watermelon, seeds (hemp, flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), peanut butter, soymilk, some premade meals (such as Amy's, etc) & meat substitutes (such as Boca, Gardenburger, Tofurkey, Lightlife, Morningstar, Yves, etc) or the main sources of veg protein.
