  1. soy & black beans are the highest in protein & lower in fat than corn. some people may be allergic to wheat & apple is out.

  2. Soy is the only complete (high-quality) protein in the bunch, giving you all of the seven necessary amino acids.  Black beans combined with rice will provide a complete protein.  Corn and wheat have some protein, but I don't know what you need to combine them with to get a complete protein.  An apple is a carbohydrate, with lots of fiber and other nutrition, but no protein.  You need complete proteins as they are what build body tissues.

  3. I dont think any of these have protein but i think that if you cant decide then you should take protein pills my bff's sister's friend is a veggie fan and she doesnt like meat so she takes protein pills. Good luck!!!!!

  4. Black beans will have the highest amount

  5. la soya es la mejor fuente de proteinas, los frijoles los son tambien, pero no son tan suaves con tu estomago como la soya.

  6. Soy (highest)

  7. C- Soy.

Contains ALL 8 essential amino acids. Best quality plant protein source.

  8. corn, soy, wheat and black beans are all excellent sources of protein.  The apples aren't.  The soy is the only complete protein on the list.  The others are lacking some of the 9 essential amino acids.  However, if you eat a varied diet, you won't have to worry about it.  Rice and beans make a complete protein.

Quinoa and mushrooms are also complete proteins.

    Other good sources of protein:

    Broccoli

    Nuts

    rice

    bread

    spelt

    barley

    buck wheat

    tofu

    tempeh

    pasta

    oatmeal

    heepseed

    spirulina

    amaranth

  9. Soybeans are about 40% protein, but make sure it's not potentially harmful, heavily processed soy (soy protein isolate, soy protein concentrate, hydrolyzed soy protein, texturized soy protein) -- look at the labels of the protects you buy.

Beans (legumes) and nuts in general are a great source of protein.

  10. beans alll the way!

  11. Soy...soy beans contain "complete" proteins, which means they will sustain life AND contribute to growth.  Technically, complete proteins contain all the amino acids these processes require.  Incomplete proteins do not.

Black beans by themselves will sustain life, but they don't contribute to growth, unless coupled with rice that contains complimentary amino acids.

  12. Soy. Also try gelatine from animal origin not vegetable.
